Crash when attempting to "set up associations..."
VLC 2.2.0 crashes 100% of the time when attempting to "set up associations...".
This has been tested on two separate Win 7 machines with the same results.
Repro steps:
- Start VLC
- Menu Tools|Preferences
- There is a "set up associations..." at the bottom right corner of the "Interface" tab of the Simple Preferences dialog box. Click on it.
- You get a message box saying:
Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information.
OK
- Press OK.
- The program either ends abruptly or becomes unresponsive.
