VLC 2.2's Matroska demuxer ignores crop settings

Matroska can include tags to define video cropping (see 2.8 or https://www.bunkus.org/videotools/mkvtoolnix/doc/mkvmerge.html for reference).

VLC 2.1 used to respect the tag, 2.2 regressed in this regard.
