MediaCodec: Crash with some .ts files

SIBABRT in mediacodec:

frameworks/av/media/libstagefright/ACodec.cpp:3360 CHECK_LE( rect.nLeft + rect.nWidth - 1,videoDef->nFrameWidth) failed: 4294967295 vs. 0

For info: the .ts sample doesn't have SPS/PPS headers.

Maybe we shouldn't try to decode with MediaCodec when we can't find SPS/PPS headers.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
