UDP stream timeout

UDP streams should not prevent the screen-saver from starting when they are terminated

I think this problem is to with VLC being unable to determine the difference between 
network problems that would stop frames being received, and the end of the stream. 
Perhaps VLC could assume that the stream has ended (and then re-enable the screen 
saver and DPMS) after some timeout period? 
 
I'm currently using VLC 0.6.0 and have tested this on 0.6.2 as well. I'm using the 
xvideo module for output.
