VLC 0.8.6c crashing when switching playlist items

I am using VLC to broadcast TV from PC over internet. Capture from DirectShow, transcode to WMV9 and access through MMSH/ASFH. I've setup a playlist entry for each channel that i want to broadcast, but whenever i switch playlist entries, VLC crashes, referring to libdmo_plugin.dll
