EIA-608 Subtitles with different positions doesn't display

When I want to play a specific video the subtitles doesn't appear. I guess it's because in the video the subtitle have different positions. I want to attach a sample video, but I don't know how I can cut the video with subtitle. The subtitle format is 'EIA-608' from iTunes, file format is *.c608 when I extract the subtitle. You can see the subtitle informations from MediaInfo below:

I use the latest version (2.1.5 Rincewind) and Windows 7 64-Bit. Already tried with reset the settings by deleting the vlc-folder in AppData/Roaming. QuickTime Player and iTunes shows the subtitles (they have to, since it is a iTunes subtitle)
