chapter tooltip in seek bar shows next chapter

this mp4 file has chapter markers patched in via ffmpeg/avconv. VLC does jump properly to chapters when I go Playback->Chapter. it also shows the correct chapter selected in that menu.

however, in the seek bar, the chapter labels are ahead by one. the markers are in the right places though.

I'm using VLC 2.1.5 on Win7 x64. haven't checked this on a linux.
