VLC grapher

We should have something like a grapher application that would allow you to drag around inputs/outputs, insert a/v filters, transcoders etc etc.

This would be really nice in production environments. It's much easier to setup streams with the help of things like this than it is to do from the commandline and much more flexible than a wizard. It would probably get us a lot of support in live production environments.
