Android: break long lines

some time ago (probably in june) vlc for android switched to a new theme.

since then long artist/title combinations are elided instead of wrapped. i would like to see an option to get back to the old behavior where tracks with long titles just took more vertical space in the interface. long titles are very common in classical music and with the current display mode i can often only guess the name / number of the piece i'm about to play.
