VLC Crashes when converting to MP3

My First report.

VLC crashes when you try to convert From (I've tried these) .MP4 or .OGG

Preformed in Windows 8.1 and Windows 7

Tried 20 times, succeeded 4 times.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
