VLC crashing when trying to set up associations

Fresh install, Windows 7 64-bit, VLC 64-bit. Literally only have ATI graphics drivers, 7-zip, and League Of Legends.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
