TLS missing on Windows

Looks like the current Windows build of VLC is missing TLS again. (version 2.1.5 Windows 64-bit, unsure which that should be on the dropdown)

Doing a bit of searching around, it seems this has been an issue in the past. This time, however, it can't be fixed by just changing the URL to read http:// - at least for youtube. The request is redirected to https:// and breakage occurs.

I'm running Windows 8.1 64-bit.
