Regression: MPRIS no longer works

The lame hooking of the resumption dialog conditionally breaks the D-Bus MPRIS interface. When D-Bus (and probably any other control interface) asks to play an item, the itemSHALL play from the beginning (unless otherwise stated) and straight away.
