Regression: restart from beginning is blocked

Add a single file in the playlist, play it for a while, then press either Next or Prev.

Expected (and earlier) behaviour: Restart the same file from the beginning.

Actual (new) behaviour: Ask the user if s/he wants to resume from the earlier position.

That makes ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE since the user would not have pressed a button to carry what was already playing.
