Video effects: crop settings are neither applied nor restored in the interface when switching profiles

In video effects profiles, crop settings are neither applied nor restored in the interface. From looking at the VideoEffectProfiles Strings in org.videolan.vlc.plist it seems like they are not saved in the first place, although I am not completely sure about that.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
