Android: play DVD folders

It is only possible to open individual VOB files. It is not possible to open a folder as a DVD. This is in fact very useful on Android tablets even though the tablet doesn't have a physical DVD.

Note: This was previously opened as ticket #7563 (closed). It was not fixed as described (.iso files were added; folders of .vob files were not), but I was told to open a new ticket.
