Some mp4s crash 2.1.3 Rincewind on Win XP with SP3

a) Playing a downloaded mp4 ("Episode 2") caused vlc to exit at about 10 min 56 secs. Using the vlc jump forward facility, the crash could be skipped by jumping to about 13 min, but not before. Similar crashes occurred at later times in the mp4.

Using vlc with a previous similar file ("Episode 1"), downloaded from the same source, played through OK.

b) An attempt to convert the mp4 resulted in an exit at 6 min 58 sec. This time an error report was displayed with heading "Microsoft Visual C++ Library" and message "This application has requested the runtime to terminate in an unusual way"

c) Another mp4 caused vlc to immediately exit. Using another application to convert that mp4 to avi permitted vlc to convert the avi back to a playable mp4.

d) This vlc 2.1.3 can play many other mp4s, webms etc etc.
