Open File dialog may add an invalid entry to the playlist

In the Open File dialog, if no file is selected, but the Caching option is checked and the user clicks Ok, then an entry is added to the playlist, containing ":file-caching=300" (or whatever the default caching value is).

Nothing should be added to the playlist if the user doesn't select a file.
