VLC Player 2.1.3 Win 64 Right Click Menu & Settings Issues

When I have VLC-Player playing a movie and want to at another movie to it by using the Right Click Menu/At to VLC-Player List, this option will not being shown. Only the option Play with VLC-Player.

I had the next issue too:

I installed first the x64 version and updates this one. Well, don't ask, did it with VLC-Player update. I installed the update and it was the x32, ????????????

I deinstalled all (Settings and Buffers too and deleted the folder manually too) and restarted the OS, because when I was using the VLC-Player, I had a sudden Language change and I couldn't save any settings. I installed only the x64 version now, but still I don't get the Right Click Menu option At to VLC-Player List. When I use Right Click Menu option Play with VCL-Player, the Language settings has being changed into English. When I check Options, it's being set to Default and when I set it into the default/installation language of choice manually and confirm it, it can't be changed. This while playing a movie ofcourse. And when I go to Start/Programs/VLC-Player, all is well. Accept the Right Click Menu option At to VLC-Player List.

I don't know what to do, so........
