Controlling VLC via RC - Toggle Full Screen with "f" doesn't work anymore

Hi,

I use VLC with RC interface and since the version 2.1.x I cannot use the "f" command to toggle between fullscreen on and off

I tried with the latest version 2.1.3 but the issue is still there.
