Invalid ordering of MKV ordered chapters

MKV ordered chapters "Specify if the chapters can be defined multiple times and the order to play them is enforced. (1 bit)" http://matroska.org/technical/specs/chapters/index.html

Defines if playback should follow ordered chapters start/stop time (some kind of movie edit).

Currently, the demuxer handles the ordered chapters as contiguous, non repeated, by ignoring their start/stop-time and rebuilding them by offsetting duration.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
