2.1.3: Format strings not expanded

In 2.1.3 Rincewind, in Windows Vista 32 bit and Win 7 32 and 64 bit, format strings, such as "vlc-N-T-" in snapshot-prefix, are not expanded. Upon shift-S (Video->Save snapshot), the literal string vlc-N-T-2014-02-19-21h41m38s198.png is produced as a filename.
