REGRESSION: Wrong aspect-ratio with MPEG-2 TS

Using sample: ​http://streams.videolan.org/streams/ts/video_subs_ttxt+dvbsub.ts

The displayed aspect-ratio is incorrect, the resolution of the codec is used (720x576) but an anamorphic transform should be used.
