Add FTP encoding option

Hey I stream videos using local FTP server to Ipad mini (IOS 7.0.4). If theres scands (Ö Ä Å) in file names or folder names, videos wont play. If i remove scands from folder names and file names everything stream and play OK. Thanks in advance. Ilari
