Scrollbar missing in Preferences dialog

Ubuntu 6.10

I have laptop with 1600x1000 screen (big fonts). Preferences dialog don't have scrollbar in the left iconized section selector. If there are any big section open, the lower section selectors are inaccessible.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
