Distorted colors for video files encoded in Lagarith YUV

Videos encoded in Lagarith and in the YUV colorspace (encoded with the "YUY2" or "YV12" option) do not display correctly in VLC 2.1.2. When encoded in RGB, do display fine, as they will when downgrading to VLC 2.1.1.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
