Microsoft Smooth Streaming unstable

Hello,

I am having some issues during the use of Microsoft Smooth Streaming. VLC starts the stream, but it looks like that it try to open available video streams (and maybe audio) too quickly. It switches something like each 5 seconds, making the play difficult.

This can be reproduced, with the following stream: cvlc http://mediadl.microsoft.com/mediadl/iisnet/smoothmedia/Experience/BigBuckBunny_720p.ism/Manifest

I also attached vlc-log.txt file to this ticket. The log stops when VLC closes by itself.

Ubuntu 13.10 64-bit. VLC 2.2.0-git Weatherwax. A user of Debian Wheezy has reported the same issue with VLC 2.1.2.
