YouTube: offer access to all available formats (1080p, 240p...)

A few months back, YouTube dropped normal mp4 streams for 1080p and 480p. As a consequence, VLC plays YouTube videos at 720p even when there's a higher quality available.

Attached is a patch that adds support for parsing DASH streams from YouTube.
