Support PSP PMF format
PMF video extracted from PSP game rom that encoded in H.264 does not playback (I understand VLC does not support proprietary audio, but why not even the video encoded standardly that even potplayer able to play can work correctly? VLC can recongize the clip's length....)
Reproduce: Extract a PSP rom from PSP game disk Take out PMF formatted video from those ROM. The problem occur with all this type of files i tested
