Add url scheme to support playback of local files

Currently VLC for iOS supports opening the app from within another app by the url scheme "vlc://". It is even possible to specify an address to open a stream that will be played back when VLC opens. See https://forum.videolan.org/viewtopic.php?p=392089#p392089

I suggest adding the possibility to add a url scheme to open and start the playback of already saved files. It should also be possible to use the existing url scheme like this

"vlc://myLocalVideoFile.mov"

This would enable a lot of other apps to integrate with VLC. Especially the popular Launch Center Pro could make use of it (http://contrast.co/launch-center-pro/).

I'm currently working on a free app for kids that acts like a launcher for different other apps. It allows to play music or make Facetime calls by using url schemes. It would be great to integrate VLC as the video playback app.
