VLC Windows App - No Audio when I change Audio Tracks - works fine on VLC Desktop

I am using the VLC for Windows (Universal) App - Version 3.2.1.0.

I have had this problem consistently for about a year.

When I play a video & change the audio track to a different language, VLC does not play the audio. This is the same for any video file with multiple audio tracks.

I also have the VLC desktop version, where I can change the audio track & it works fine - this works on the same video files that do not work on the Windows 10 App.
