Allow settings to fine-tune the tone mapping of HDR content

Hello. 😀

Recently I'm watching a lot of HDR content on xbox1 with VLC.

I would perfect to have the options in the video settings to adjust the tone mapping if that's possible. It would be great because this way I can change it to my personal taste. The default settings is not always optimal depending on what I'm watching.
