External subtitles not being auto-loaded.

Hello,

I've discovered (at least on Xbox One) that external subs are not auto-loaded.

For example:

• My.Movie.Name.mkv
• My.Movie.Name.en.ass
• My.Movie.Name.fr.srt

If I play My.Movie.Name.mkv then the .ass and .srt external subs are not available in the video. I have to load them manually.

It would be better when VLC can autodetect external subs/audio tracks, and load them in automatically to be available for use in the video without extra interaction.
