*.wtv files don't work.

Since the last couple releases *.wtv files won't play anymore. They are stuck with a frozen picture, only sound works fine. This issue happens on Xbox, PC and Mobile.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
