When playing transparent videos in the vlc player, a black background is displayed.

Problem to solve

When playing transparent videos (webm V9) in the VLC player, black background is displayed on the transparent parts of the video. Do I need to adjust some VLC settings for the transparent parts to appear as transparent instead of black?
