Dolby Vision HDR Videos Not Rendering on iOS and Mac
Summary
I'm experiencing an issue with the VLC demo on Unity version 2021.3.32f1 when trying to play Dolby Vision HDR videos on iOS and Mac platforms. While the audio plays correctly, the video fails to render, resulting in a black or blank screen.
Open VLC Unity Demo on an iOS or Mac device. Load a Dolby Vision HDR video file. Attempt to play the video.
This issue occurs consistently with all Dolby Vision HDR video files tested. The issue has been observed on both iOS and Mac platforms.

What is the current bug behavior?
The video is not rendering
What is the expected correct behavior?
The video should render correctly alongside the audio, displaying the high dynamic range and color accuracy provided by Dolby Vision HDR.
Does it work on other plaforms? Does it work with the official VLC apps?
I have not tested other platforms, and im using the official VLC plugins and demos
