since we (will) offer the ability for Android users to test their code in the Windows editor,
when android is selected as a target but we run the code in the editor (windows), do not
flip the texture (as this is for Android devices/final OpenGL targets _only_).

libvlc disables it by default now

until libvlcjni is properly split from vlc-android

On asset import, sometimes, it seems "auto" is not enough
and then libvlc has no internet access, so the sample appears broken.

This isn't sufficient when using Graphics.Blit as done in the VLCPlayerExample,
because my guess is that the texture is copied back to the Unity pipeline and
re-oriented using their own logic.

opengl support for android is not yet available.
