This way we're able to resume the playback when the event
SOUND_SESSION_INTERRUPTED_COMPLETED is sent.

It works for the settings but only partially for the audio/video context
menu. I'll investigate later.

A restart of emotion (and VLC) can now be scheduled at a later time
(after a stop) to avoid stopping the current playback.

This should do the trick for tizen 2.3 and later.

This is supposed to scale nicely based on the base_scale. Not tested
on the Z1 yet.

Release year reintroduced in the media library in
8c2fe11ca4e9fc47d2af6b504c2ccc7473397a33.

This avoids flooding the ticker every single update of the position.

Don't erase meta given by the media library if emotion isn't able to
provide them.
