Audio Playback in background setting should not influence Chromecast

We have some user reports saying Chromecast doesn't work in backgroud/lock

Currently during Chromecast playback, if "Audio Playback in background" is not activated, the playback will be paused by background/lock.

This setting should not influence Chromecast.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
