Add UI to connect to shares which cannot be discovered via UPnP/NetBIOS/Bonjour

There are shares, which cannot be discovered, let alone for the reason that they are not on the local network, but remote.

VLC-iOS includes a UI to connect to those shares, but this is not supported on tvOS yet. Trivial to do :)

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
