UPnP discovery no longer shows thumbnails

Since moving from upnpx to libvlc for UPnP discovery, thumbnails of the media are no longer displayed because libvlc does not provide the metadata URL needed to download the image from the server.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
