UTF-8 character not shown on FTP-access

VLC does not show UTF8 filenames properly and cant play music, when FTP server is used.

Example characters, that won't work: Å, Ä, Ö, あ，いうえお.

VLC player settings are set to UTF-8 at "Textencoding for FTP connections".

The ftp server has UTF8 activated and works fine with other clients (Thunar@Linux, Nautilus@Linux, FileExplorer@iOS, FileZilla).

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
