Recent network streams list is broken without iCloud

The recent network stream URLs are stored in iCloud to be available on all the user's devices (and even on Apple TV). This works great.

However, if you disable iCloud, changes to the list will no longer be stored so on the next launch, you will always be presented with the last state before iCloud was disabled.

If you never enabled iCloud in the first place, nothing will be ever stored.

This feature should work without iCloud :)

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
