Cannot Delete "Various Artists" entry with "0 Tracks"

I uploaded some music files via WiFi. Some of those files has an "albumartist" tag, which causes VLC-iOS to create a new "various Artists" entry under Audio >> Artists. This was unintentional on my part, so I deleted all tracks from the artist in question, removed the "albumartist" tags that were causing the problem, then re-uploaded the files. Now all tracks appear as they should. However, the "Various Artists" entry still shows at the very top of the Audio >> Artists list. It shows "0 Tracks". When I click/tap it, or try to delete it, nothing happens.

Please let me know if there is additional information I can provide that could be helpful. My ultimate goal here is to get rid of this useless "Various Artists" entry.
