Gestures control: "Swipe Right/Left - Rewind" setting have issues

I'm noticed that after disabling "Swipe Right/Left - Rewind" setting on VLC[v3.2.0(334) on iPhone 6(iOS v12.4.1)], no longer working Zoom for badly encoded 16x9 videos by double tap. To reproduce: Upload in VLC any video that have "Aspect Ratio"=4x3, start to play this video and make double tap on it. Please fix.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
