'Now Playing' information is no longer displayed for radio streams

When playing radio streams, VLC will gather the 'Now Playing' metadata item which was previously displayed during playback. This is no longer the case with v3.2.

The metadata is displayed correctly with VLC 3.0.8 for Mac so this is not a parsing issue within libvlc.
