Port subtitle downloader from tvOS to iOS

The tvOS UI includes a subtitle downloader similar to the extension on the desktop. It should be exposed in the iOS UI, too.

This is an often requested feature in markets where subtitles are important (mainly Arabic countries, India, mainland China).
