remove the sharedinstance from VLCHTTPUploaderController

currently because of the sharedlibrary we can't inject the and inject at init the medialibrary and have to set it before using the uplaodcontroller which is not great.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
