Add support for volume boost

libvlc can increase the volume of the output stream in software, which can be used to boost the output volume on iOS. At present, we support the default volume levels of the OS only, however for hearing impaired people, it can be interesting to increase the volume beyond those limits.

Note: this needs testing on physical devices as we do not want to break speakers by increase the voltage beyond limits (looking at you, DELL).

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
