Update MigrationViewController UI

MigrationViewController hasn't been updated to fit with the new UI and could use a revamp.

Open to ideas, we could have loading animations, or a spinner as we currently have.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
